The Hansel Substation increases the voltage of the electricity produced by the plant and sends it through high-voltage power lines to the residents of Kissimmee. If you rotate the image upwards toward the sky you will see more than a dozen nests built by a large group of Monk Parakeets that live year-round in the substation. |
